All sales of Firearms and Ammunition are final. No exceptions.
Should you encounter any issues with a purchased firearm, kindly refer to the Manufacturer's Warranty for resolution. If assistance is required in returning a firearm for warranty work/repair, Ifa Tactical is available to offer support.
Accessory Returns Policy
- Returns are exclusively accepted for merchandise found defective upon immediate receipt and returned within 10 calendar days.
- Unsealed accessory items cannot be returned.
- Installed or mounted accessories are non-returnable. Most accessories have a manufacturer warranty; for issues after installation, contact the manufacturer.
- Refunds for non-defective items exclude original shipping charges and incur return shipping fees, potentially with a 10% restocking fee.
- All Ammunition/Ammo Components sales are final and cannot be returned.
- Customers should contact the manufacturer for issues with Scopes/Optics Sales if defects are not evident upon receipt.
New Firearm Return Policy
- Thoroughly inspect firearms before completing the transfer.
- Once the transfer is finalized, firearms cannot be returned, even if unused.
- FFL transfer fees are not reimbursed for returned items. If a defect is discovered after the transfer, firearms must be sent directly to the manufacturer for repair or replacement as per their warranty policy.
- For failed background checks or incorrect orders, original shipping charges are non-refundable for non-defective items. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, possibly subject to a 10% restocking fee.
